Throughout his experience Andrew has collaborated with an array of Operating firms that include, Hilton, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental Starwood Hotels, Intercontinental, Peninsula (clubs) Pan Pacific Hotels, Anantara Resorts, and Sherwood Hotels Taipei. Other sectors include Headquarter buildings for Hong Kong Mass Transit Railways(MTRC), China Light and Power, Motorola, Pagbilao Power Station, San Miguel Breweries, and for the entertainment sector, Ocean Park Hong Kong, and Discovery World Taipei.

Studying Hotel Management at Napier University in Edinburgh, Andrew arrived in London in the mid eighties, to work for Gardner Merchant, subsequently relocating to Hong Kong to work for Arup on their Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club project. Seduced by Asian cuisines, he remained in Hong Kong for ten years consulting for both CKP International, and in 1996 set up Cini Little Asia consulting on Hospitality projects throughout Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and the Philippines. This experience has brought a resourceful and colourful perspective to his work.

In 2001 Andrew returned to London to work for Cini Little GB Ltd, as Managing Director for 13 years overseeing Middle Eastern and European operations. Clients included multiple properties for Four Seasons (Beirut Moscow St Petersburg London Casablanca Dubai) Hilton, Accor, and Marriott. Until recently he was Design Director and Management Board Member, with Tricon UK with an overall design responsibility for London properties that included Pan Pacific Hotel, Manhattan Loft, Corinthia Hotels, and the Battersea Artotel.

His personal and creative growth have been recognized through a number of publications, speeches, and awards. These include honours award winning AIA projects in Hong Kong , for Shatin Racecourse trackside catering, and for the ground-breaking Cathay Pacific ( 2001) Pier project at Chep Lap Kok Airport.
