The Clients engineering background, eased our design advice for the high end architectural finishes and capital catering equipment for the core back of house. State of the art equipment and bespoke fabrication was procured from Switzerland, Finland, and Italy. Wall Floor and Ceiling finishes, from the UK.
The end product delivered improved ergonomics and a positive transformation to the foodservice within this 36 year old Hotel.
