Staff Canteen designed to feed the initial 1500 staff – the employee kitchen catered for the first phase of the power station Construction. With the exception of water control on the Japanese Hoods, Chinese Catering Equipment was used exclusively to satisfy the still very traditional views of engineering and output efficiency, versus the use of advanced technology.
