We were charged with a conceptual proofing exercise to examine the existing operational and infrastructural efficiencies, from the basement kitchen to the restaurants at ground floor level. This was aligned to the hotels F&B Restaurant branding study.
The building had absorbed some additional GFA and so structural add-ons over the century, which made our review all the more interesting.
