Four Seasons Anfa Plage*
Casablanca, Morocco
We were commissioned to undertake full service design and tender services for the Hotel development hotel situated within a larger mixed-use on the Casablanca corniche. Within our core back of house remit, we encountered a number of negotiations in this adaptive building, studying a number of three-dimensional planning options with the local Architect to realise the larger basement diagram for food, beverage, laundry and waste.
These exercises aided the justification to request for excavation of the site, in order to accommodate the relevant back of house components. Collaborating with the Four Seasons Executive chef, we designed a high specification to both the front and back of house foodservice components, including the contemporary destination restaurant ‘Bleu’ seen above.
