We were appointed to provide full service food and beverage and laundry design, up to tender documentation, thereafter the project was procured and installed locally. During our tenure the design was subject to a number of negotiations with the local Architect for local hygiene and code compliance. This considered designing for local product control and a dedicated set of changing facilities for Kitchen staff only.
