Grand Abama*

Having successfully produced the foodservice design for the neighbouring Sheraton La Caleta, with Melvin Vilaroel Architects we were accustomed to integrating our work with his Moorish sculptured architectural style, and so were recommended to the Abama Ownership as foodservice consultants. This was prior to any Operator appointment. Careful consideration was therefore given to designing the back of house model for the “most demanding” operation in mind.
We produced a detailed design package, for continuation post operator appointment.
