Our all encompassing facility design ( Food and Beverage,Laundry, and Waste) included the 4 restaurants and 2 bars, including the El Parador buffet , and Kamakura restaurants. The Banqueting kitchen was sized in consideration of the 988 m2 of meeting spaces, distributed in 12 function rooms with natural light and sea view. The largest of its function rooms, the Gran Pelinor, has maximum capacity of up to 450 persons in myriad set ups.
The homogeneous effect of the sculpted architecture ( Moorish influence ) merges the exterior to interior, and so our equipment in a number of instances was rigorously coordinated to suit accordingly.
